In the Days of old, all that mattered to the western traveler was a hearty meal, a good drink, and a friendly face or two. Poor Boys Steakhouse in Casper, Wyoming, carries on that tradition today, with an award-winning menu, our famous watering hole, and an atmosphere that has a little something for everyone—from the li’l ones on up to grandma.
Just a stone’s throw from downtown Casper, the Ramada Plaza Riverside and The Parkway Plaza, Poorboys was voted “Best Steak” and “Best Steakhouse” by the 2013 Casper’s Choice Awards. Our new dinner menu serves up U.S.D.A. hand-cut steaks, juicy, slow-roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, deep fried chicken, tender pork ribs—stick-to-your-ribs kind of fare for hard-working folks.

Start your evening off right with an appetizer from our new dinner menu, like Grandma’s Big Onions fried into a golden bloom, authentic Bull Fries (yep, we got ‘em), or a Stampede Sampler with a little bit of everything.
Follow that with one of our award-winning U.S.D.A. hand-cut steaks seared to perfection. Or saddle up to a big plate of Fried Shrimp, Grilled Walleye—a Wyoming favorite—Chicken Fingers, or Uncle Pearl’s Pork Ribs.
Dessert is a sinful experience with sweets like Ashley’s Avalanche—a white chocolate brownie with cherry pie filling and topped with ice cream—Chocolate Seduction Cake or Big Stuff Cheesecake. It’s a grand end to a hungry-cowboy-sized meal!
